My Story
Currently pursuing her Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development at the University of Toronto, Kiannah combines academic insight with lived experience to design holistic programs that address the practical and emotional needs of mothers navigating life’s complexities.
As a devoted wife of nine years and mother of four young boys under the age of six—including two who are nonverbal and living with autism—Kiannah understands firsthand the exhaustion, resilience, and sacrifice that motherhood demands. Her journey of balancing advanced education, family responsibilities, and ministry has deepened her passion to ensure no mother ever feels unseen, unsupported, or overwhelmed in her role.
The Mothers Refreshed Foundation was birthed out of this conviction: that when mothers are refreshed, restored, and resourced, they not only transform their own lives but also uplift their families and reshape their communities. Kiannah’s goal is to create spaces of renewal where women can pause, heal, and rediscover their strength, while also providing tangible supports that make a lasting impact.
Her vision is bold yet simple: refresh the mother, strengthen the family, and impact generations.
